Congratulations to Harborlight Community Partners, Inc. in closing the financing of Maple Woods, which will finance the construction of a multifamily affordable housing project at 62 Maple Street in Wenham. Through financing from Institution for Savings, in Newburyport and its Vicinity and several public lenders, Maple Woods will create 45 units of affordable housing for seniors in the town of Wenham.
