Our partners represented a national bank in providing tax exempt bond financing for the acquisition,
financing and redevelopment of a 30,000 square foot campus building focusing on media and technology
for students grade 9-12 in Allston, Massachusetts. This was one of the first facilities in Boston
to utilize Qualified Zone Academy Bonds.
