Congratulations to SCG Development Partners and CHOICE Housing Opportunities for Intergenerational and Community Endeavors, Inc. in closing the financing of Coyle School Residences, which will finance the acquisition and renovation of the historic Coyle School at 61 Summer Street a/k/a 59 Summer Street in Taunton. Through financing from Rockland Trust Company, BlueHub Loan Fund, Inc., and several public lenders, Coyle School Residences will provide 45 units of affordable housing for the residents of the city of Taunton.
