Practice Focus:
Theresa represents commercial, non-profit, and public clients in a variety of transactional matters, with a concentration in real estate. Theresa’s experience includes advising clients in financing, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real property, with an emphasis on affordable housing transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers in all stages of project development. Theresa has also represented commercial landlords in leasing matters, as well as developers and lenders in the renewable energy space.
Background:
Ms. Santoro earned her bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University, where she graduated summa cum laude, and her juris doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law.
